Neglecting one part of the body

    Hello Friends,
Right now I feel that my back, legs and chest needs more attention than my arms? So is it ok if I don't exercise my arms at all? What I mean is will not exercising one part of my body lead to a negative effect on my other parts of the body or reduce their growth?

90% of any good arm workout is trining chest, shoulders and back with big compound movements....so yes skip direct arm work and you will be just fine.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
