    new plan

I'm hiting a plateau now I'm doinga new lifting plan next week. It's just push pull workout. Mon. chest delts tri's. tues. back biceps. wed. legs. then restart. I'm starting to not make gains and not be sore very long. I just need to know the best workouts to do for strength and mass. like 5 for chest 5 for delts 5 for tries. When I used to do my push pull plan I was usually there for about 3 hrs I would like to be out in 2 hrs. I can do my own plan for back biceps and legs.

Anything over an hour is pissing into the wind.

I have no idea what you are asking for, but I would read the stickies at the top if you are looking to make a routine.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

    3 hrs???
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
