Cardio

When I start cutting, I will be lifting mon, wed, and friday. How many times is the max I can do cardio and when should I do it for how long? I have as much time as needed. Just want to lose the bodyfat and look ripped lolz. I also wanted to know if you guys had any good articles on cutting.

I say do light cardio (jogging) after ur lifting, and the days u dont lift, do HIIT (high intensity interval training)
This is what i do except i lift sunday-wed, than thursday will be my abs and HIIT day.

everyday if you want!

first thing in the morn, wake up and chug a protein shake, then do about 45 mins of cardio.

IMO the best cardio is cardio that you can stick with. so find something you like, or hate the least!

the best book on cutting is burn the fat feed the muscle by tom venuto

2-4 hours per day? You must have a lot of free time on your hands. I would just do cardio another 2-3 days per week for 30-60 minutes to supplement your lifting and focus more on what you eat. You may also look into throwing in some higher intensity bouts of cardio like HIIT, Max-OT, or sprints.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
