Most guys just do chest and arms and yes it pisses me off. I just wanna tell them hey dumb ass the most hormones are released from your legs not your arms and you can't workout half ass ed for 6 days a weekk on the same body parts and expect results.Sorry i'll stop my rant now lol

Absolutely True!
I actually like doing squats they truly are my favorite exercise. Truth top be told the only exercises i dislike are calf raises and rows.
