i had the squat rack things set to my shoulder heigth and when i put 375 on it i couldnt get it completley off and over the things so i had to lower it down so i could just get it over..so it was kinda like a 1//2 squat to get it up then a fullsquat

405 lb squat is awesome and I'm sure you did a 1/4 squat... My best was 275x3 for a full squat and that was tough...
