    i had the squat rack things set to my shoulder heigth and when i put 375 on it i couldnt get it completley off and over the things so i had to lower it down so i could just get it over..so it was kinda like a 1//2 squat to get it up then a fullsquat

    405 on leg press is not the same as a squat son.

    lol, I am willing to bet money that it wasn't even a 1/2 squat. Judging by 99% of the kids in my school it's safe to say you're doing a quarter squat Son!!! The're no way in fuckland you increased yous squat by 100lbs in a few weeks....... SoN!

    405 lb squat is awesome and I'm sure you did a 1/4 squat... My best was 275x3 for a full squat and that was tough...

    Also, kenwood, looking at your avatar it seems like you have internally rotated humeri. Looks like you're still doing way too many pressing movements. Through in some additional external rotation movements and lots of pulling movements.
