    Tricep help please

I lift four times a week, I have a great routine. I just cant seem to get my tricep cut. Im not talking the lower part. It is booming, but the part that wraps around my arm on the outside of the arm isnt making much gain. Please help me with something that I can throw into my routine to get me the cut im looking for. Thanks guys.....BIGBOOM

i have no idea what the hell your talking about.

For the poster. For the triceps use Cg bench, Dips and skull crushers and you'll develope the arms your looking for. Fuck angles unless your going to be a math teacher.

Hmmm well if you lay on the bench and keep the ez bar perpendicular so that when you extend the arms doing the skull crusher you may want to make sure that the bench and the bar become a perfect obtuse triangle....

but anywho... yea im gonna start adding skull crushers to MY tri workout, all im doing now is tricep push downs and tricep arm extensions

Do Close Grip immediatley after your flat bench set, 3s 8-10reps with quick motion and 100 pounds lighter weight.
