    question!!

Today I played tennis for the first time in like...6 months. I played for about two hours. My question is, I am going to train legs tommarow pretty intensely. I'm going low reps(1-4) and training for power. Would playing tennis the day before have any adverse effects on my training the next day? I'm assuming it won't but this situation is probably going to occur alot, so this is why I am concerned. What are your feelings?

Also, would playing tennis, or any sport, the day after intense leg training effect my recovery? Thanks.

Does your workout suffer for legs only, or for whatever you are training?

I guess I will take tommarow off and hold it off till saturday.

Just legs, eat some good carbs today, you probably burned a shitload of carbs playing tennis for two hours.

Today is actually my carb refeed day, thankfully. Oh boy I'm getting pains in my knees. Oh joy!

I know the day after I play paintball for hours, my legs are usually pretty sore and sluggish already... I haven't play tennis for a while... I used to, but I wasn't really weight training then... Just try it and see how it turns out

With paintballing, it was worse because it'd be pretty much an all day afair with little food, mostly a couple small snacks, so I'm sure that didn't help.
