    equipment choices

Hey all, I'm going to be putting in an order from fitness factory. My question is when I get my rack do I spend the most money for the power rack or just get the cheaper one. Also the lat attachment should I get the plate 200 lbs or the one that you slide the olympic weights on?

I would defenitly get a rack. Not the squat stands but a power rack.

I don't know about the quality of the fitness factory racks. they are very cheap in price though. I would defenitly want something really durable that is going to last for a long long time and something I feel confident that it wont fucking break down when I am working in it.

If you want quality equiptment I would check out racks from these places (but they are more expensive):

Honestly....the racks are identical looking....I have the Body Solid Power Rack with the Olympic plates...and it is great.....I guess you could go either way....The Powerline will save you money to put into something else.... But as Pfunk said....those sites have some kickass racks
