You should be able to lose 1% of your total bodyweight safely each week from fat. Having said that, you will hit a plateau somewhere, so probably not.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

dude i was just trying to illustrate the point that if you play around with the numbers is probably possible but most people will not lose 9% bf in 9 weeks, that 1lb of FAT lose per week which just doesn't happen, plus as Dale said you'll hit a plateau. Also if you are 200 lbs you need to lose 2lbs for a 1% BW...i'm probably just being retarded anyway.
