    What would build bigger Biceps

    Ok all you trainers out there in Ironland. What would build overall size on the biceps, Standing Curls or Weighted Chin ups?

    supinated grip weighted chinups

    bb curls .. use a strict tempo and have your back flat on a wall using full ROM

    both works

    Tough you said Bigger biceps..not stronger.

    DB or BB curls squeezing for 2-4 seconds at 45 degrees.
