    Advice for hardgainers!!

I had a friend who would do anything to gain a slight bit of muscle but had such a high metabolism that everytime he'd train, he would lose more weight. So i adjusted his coloric intake so that he was consuming more protein. It worked for the next 3 months and he went from 68 pounds to 160 pounds. Unfortunatly thats where the good news ended. 1 year later he weighed in at 459 pounds. He had gone beserk and eat so much protein that it was making him ill. He was so obsessed with protein that when he was stripped for cash, he would hunt wild animals at night. He said he would very rarely catch anything cos of his size but he did mention one time where he had caught a stag deer! He slayed it with a crossbow, skinned it with his survival knife, poured alchohol over the fleshy meat and then spit roasted it over a naked flame. How insane is that!! His training is now non existent and will not come off the protein. So my advice for hardgainers would be dont over do it with the protein!!

It is essentially a Johnnny thread without the quality content.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
