    Abs

i know this has probably been posted many times before but ive heard many different opinions about it..... how often should the abdominals be worked for best results? ive heard its best to do E.O.D. to let your muscles rest, but then ive heard everyone is different. will it hurt me to do several sets of crunches a day if theyre not sore?

Soreness or lack thereof isn't really an indicator of whether your muscles are ready to be worked again. IMO treat your abs just like your other muscle groups and train them hard with progressive resistance and let them rest.

    +1

Give them enough time to repair themselves and rest.
