They're a nice addition to a chest routine, but IMO they're nowhere near as effective as an exercise like DB flyes, for example.

you guys think its that bad...? i think it works on my chest pretty well.... I use it a lot. Shit it cant be that bad. Plus i find it a fun exercise.
