    This is only my second week doing it but I do. I think Im going to do deadlifts first then squats and calves and that be it for leg day.

    I do and it is the hardest workout I have ever done, but I love it.

    I do:
    squats then
    deadlifts then
    maybe the leg press then
    stiff legged deadlift then
    calves

    Last week I did dead BEFORE squats...hard to get used to, I am sure.
    6' 217lbs (10/18)
    Bench 365 (12/3)
    Weighted Pullups 80lbs 3x3 (3/19)
    Squat 370
    Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)
    NASM certified 2/06

    yep usually i train quads, hammies, lowerback on the same session
