Off the top of my head im thinking of what muscle groups are good to train together so someone correct me if this is wrong and what your opinion is.
1) Biceps, Upper Back
2) Quads, Hamstrings, Lower Back
3) Abs, Neck, Calves, Forearms
4) Triceps, Chest
5) Shoulders, Traps
Does this sound right?

to many things to factor in when deiciding the "best" in anything. The vaiables are always changing.
to take it a step further, the training split is only as good as the program which is written for it.
It doesn't matter what you do with the training split. if you don't have a good program, the only thing it will be "best" at is getting you shitty results.
