Any exercises for the forearms?
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I am a fan of static holds.

I just do forearm curls with the EZ bar and moderate weight every once in a while. A lot of the time forearms are worked as a secordary muscle in other exercises anyway.

Some grip exercises I like are:
Pullups with a towel, rope climbing, pinch gripping two heavy plates together and walking around until you are green in the face works well, and two finger (or one if you are really strong) pullups/chinups cycled with sets of 200 fast finger extentions (make a tight fist then quickly spread your fingers out as far as possible in one dynamic movement- sounds crazy but they work like magic. This last one is good to do because most lifting is about squeezing a bar which only uses a portion of your forearms and hand strength.
Strong hands = strong forerarms. And as everyone knows, you can't lift what you can't hold.
ForemanRules had a plethora of great exercises in his link too.
