In the article was a picture of the "author" doing freeweight (no machine) seated military presses with 405 on the bar. I call bullshit. The guy was in good enough shape to compete, but he certainly wasn't a monster the likes of Ronnie Coleman or Dorian Yates. What do you think? You ever seen seated military presses with 405?
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???

He says he lives in Las Vegas too. He's a damn liar. If he lived here he would have sought out my expertise/spiritual guidance. He would have at least offered to buy me a damn beer.Originally Posted by Decker

Lam is definitely inscrutable. Oh yeah, now the 'alternate reality' location makes sense AL.
It's not just a state of mind.Originally Posted by Decker

Theres a cat at my gym that reps 365 for about 6.
Oh, and hes about 6'3 270ish.
Hit it and hit it hard.
Did you get this just from the picture? Maybe he was using some of those 25 lb plates that are the same size as 45's.
In the article he claimed to go up to 385. I got 405 from a picture that showed him with an Olympic bar that was loaded with four plates per side. You could read very clearly the plates were Ivanko 45's.Originally Posted by MWpro
Hmmm.........then 385 or 405 isn't really out of the question. ThanksOriginally Posted by PTYP
