    lateral and rear delt exercises

Are there any good exercises that work both the lateral and posterior delts that are done with a barbell?

http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...prightRow.html that targets the lateral delts but I am not a big fan of them anymore.

I don't think you can specifically target the rear delts with a barbell, but they do get hit a lot during rowing movements, such as bent barbell rows.

that is not true at all. The nature of the overhead press moves the shoulder through flexion (depending on your grip with this could be more or less) and then abduction, which recruits the medial delt. The rear delts are being used to staballize the shoulder complex as well as decelerate the bar as it nears the end ROM.

just regular overhead presses and do some direct rear delt work to work the muscles through an active ROM.
