how the fuck do you gain 22 lbs in 3 weeks, and what kind of stupid diets were these? eat 5000 calories a day and never move? Konan quit being a tool.
You realise 3 people means nothing. You're going to need a lot more people than this for the results to be significant.
The results could easily be due to genetic+environmental variation. What were their fitness/bf/general health like before? This 'experiment' is pointless. I suggest you go read more books about the body before setting/making up any more experiments.
