For the last 4 months I've been making some changes in my training. I mix up regular training with olympic lifts and kettlebell lifts. The results are outstanding. Does anyone out there do the same, or has anyone out there have any experience with new training ideas that can supplemented in this type of training??????.
Hell Week is only 6 months away.
