ok so basically my goal is to get stronger/faster/gain muscle mass....
ive added cardio to reg excersize and heavier weights with fewer reps... i know ive gotten stronger bc i can lift weights that i couldnt be4 and i can see some muscle defined im my arms/legs. im happy about that but at the same time im losing weight hopefully its water weight? bc i cant be losing like a pound every other day or so if im having 5 meals a day (carbs,fat,protein) and 2 shakes right?
Then you're not eating enough. Boost your caloric intake by something like 5%. If weight gain doesn't occur after 2 weeks, then boost it another 5%. Repeat until weight gain occurs.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
