Setting Goals
k, this might seam like a weird question but I need some help setting some goals for some body parts measurements. I already have 135lbs for my ideal weight goal, but how should I set goals for the size of my arms, chest, legs etc.

Ummm, this is a hard question to answer. Ok you want to be 135...are you gaining or losing weight to get there? How tall are you? What are your current measurements?

I've never really set goals for the size of certain body parts. I think it's harder to estimate exactly how each one will look as opposed to an overall bodily change with X amount of weight. Press, pull, squat, deadlift, and eat. You'll get there with a well-rounded physique, most likely.

Trying focusing goals on overall bodyweight, bf%, the amount of weight you're lifting, getting perfect form, your caloric intake.
It depends on the kind of training youre doing. If i was strength training i'd set more weight oriented goals, like increasing my bench by 50lbs or something. If i was training for size and mass, it'd be overall body-weight or something. Of if i was cutting, it'd be body fat %. It all goes on what youre actually trying to acheive, and what youre doing to get there.
