    too heavy

    hi Guys, today i saw two guys in the gym, lifting, heaay in ench press.
    but never made it in righ form and with full range of motion..
    Do you migh give any opi!
    .
    i prefer lif moderate weights and make full range of motion.

    I'd assume this translates into do you mind giving an opinion but dunno for sure.


    This post is a fine example of why we need to press the issue of forcing immigrants in the US to learn english

    I know this fella is from Costa Rica but we are listening to this kind of jibberish daily now here in the US.

    Yes, always use a full range of motion. Partials are generally only good for overloading certain portions of the movement. For example, if you are having trouble locking out on the bench press, then do rack lockouts.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
