chinups 3x8
lat-pulldowns 3x8
rack deads 4x5-6
shrugs 4x6-8
bb curls 3x8
one-arm preacher curls 2x8 --> <--preacher hammer curls 2x8(switch every workout)

Okay first of all I think you should start off by changing things up all the time. The key to this game is VARIETY. Doing the same workout every Monday/Wednesday/Friday won't get you too far, bro. You'll stagnate fast and its very frustrating. Anyway, I wouldn't do 2 DB presses for chest 1 is enough. And I would do my reverse flys with my lats, just personal preference.monday:

Bentover rows and Yates rows together is too much, alternate week to week, etc. Chin-ups and pull-downs together is again just too much vertical pulling in the same session, alternate week to week. Rack deadlifts and shrugs look good, though. And I would include a hammer curl or a reverse curl in your biceps routine.friday:
