Hows it going folks. Im new to the serious body building sport so Im on here for tips. Im from Aberdeen in Scotland. I think most of you guys are from the States. Ive been reading a lot of your postings and its really helped thanks.

Nae bad Kuso. I have seen a view of your postings on this site. Like your graphic used to have a mambo tshirt with that logo years ago.
I have just started body building. I say just started, I spent a year when I was at college training 9 hrs a week but it was all ambition and no proper traing or diet, altough I loved it.
This time I am getting back into it and want to do it right, proper diet and program/rest etc.

Good to hear your doing it right this time around, wish there were sites like this one back when I started lifting but I'm afraid the only computers back then were mostly paper weights.

This site is excellent, just like an on line gym. From some of the icon pictures it looks like you know what you are talking about especially the tank.
When you have a pumped work out and you come out feeling buzzing its good to know someone else understands. Friends who dont work out arent interested.
I am lucky though my brother is a fitness instructor/ body builder and he's helped me a lot. I also bought the Arnie Encyclopedia which details lots of exercises. The first few chapters describe the dedication and experience of working out and make you want to get into the gym as soon as possible.
