help.....boxing related

ok so i sold my psp and got $200 from it and i wanted to buy a punching bag but i'm not sure howmany lbs it should be...and should i get gloves or just the white tape stuff? i wanna kinda get into boxing ..so i might look some stuff up and if i could get some help from foreman and ppl that know stuff about boxing that would be great

i'd rather buy a bag so i can have it at home.....i guess i will buy a 100lb bag and that white tape crap and go from there

i dunno....after i bench(heavy)when i rack the weight a sharp pain like shhots through my left rear delt and seems to go down by my tricep

Same thing happened to me on a different delt exercise 3 weeks ago

yeah usualyl 100 lbs is the highest u find at the local store...
i say get bag gloves and the tape
and sparring gloves when u get into sparring with ur friends or something
