    Best grip for Pullups

What is the best grip for WG pullups? a supinated or a reverse where the palm faces towards you or a regular grip palms facing away from you?? Sorry if this shit sounds confusing.

you should do your pull ups with a variety of grips. A wide grip pull up is done with an overhand grip.

I alternate frequently among WG pronted, moderate to close supinated, and a neutral grip.

Like Patrick said, a variety is best my friend. Wide-grip overhand and BTN are 2 of my favorites.
