    Vascularity

Mostly diet / supp related I believe, but:

Have you guys noticed increasing vascularity just as a side effect of increasing muscle mass, or?

The vascularity in my forearms has gotten alot nicer since I started serious regular creatine useage, but was wondering what I could do increase it in other areas?

Is it just genetics or low bf to see them?

I'd like to increase it if I can. arms and delts esp.

i know that some no2 claims to increase vascularity

i noticed when i finished my tub of superpump250 i could see a lot more veins but then again i lost 15lbs of fat so its hard to say what really made it that much more visible

All creatine does is fills ur muscles with water.

Heavy vascularity scares me... especially on my forearms. I too found that as my forearms got bigger, the veins "swole" a bit more. Perhaps it's because more muscle require more blood, and since you can't exactly grow more veins/arteries, they just get bigger.

i think to achieve the vascularity that you speak of (Incognegro) you would probably need gear

i havent seen too many people with roadmaps like that without juice. Even olympic swimmers and other ppl with bf % in the sub 5 range usually dont have such high and thick veins

    i may be wrong tho

I think it is mostly due to low bf and having a pump(not suprisingly). When you contract a muscle you increase the amount of blood flow to that area.

There is Never too much Muscle and never too much vascularity. And they both compliment and help each other when balanced. Balance of both is one of the keys to perfection. Both should be the aim of every serious Bodybuilder.

Lowering your body fat improves vascularity. The circulatory system also undergoes some adaptations when you begin to exercise, such as increased blood volume. This can enhance vascularity.

Robert DiMaggio's sticky says that if you drink more water you will be more vascular, (sticky:10 things you must do to gain mass)
