    How's this routine?

    Day 1 - Legs
    Squats 1x(10,8,6,6,4)
    Stiff Legged Deadlift 3x10
    Individual Leg Curls 1x(12,10,8)
    Leg Extensions 4x10
    Calf Raises (10,8,6,6,4)

    Day 2 - Chest
    Bench 1x(10,8,8,6,6)
    Incline DB Press 1x(10,8,8,8,6)
    Decline 1x(10,8,8,6)
    Dumbell Flies 2x12

    Day 3 - Back
    Deadlift 1x(10,8,8,8,6)
    BB Row 1x(12,10,8,8,6)
    DB Rows 1x(10,10,8)


    Day 4 - Arms/Shoulders
    BB curl (10,8,8,6)
    Preacher curl(10,8,8,6)
    Military press(10,8,8,6)
    Behind neck press(10,8,8,6)
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3

    I don't like the whole arms day. Just do big compound movements, I mean I've seen you I don't think you need any more definition then you already have to have seperate arms day. Point being, stick to compounds, throw in the bb curl at the end of db rows if you must. Son. Behind the neck press will be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.... But I guess you'll be fine since you never do full reps. Just do Leprechaun reps on that exercise lowering the bar slowly and you'll be set. Son.

    You know - that routine kind of seems monotonous. I switch up my routine from week to week. I get bored easily so I have to or I go insane. Usually do a week of 5x3 followed by 3x5 followed by pyramid 5 to 1 then a 10-8-6 week then a break. That's core lifts I mean.
