flexibility

I used to be fairly flexible but I've really ignored stretching since I started weight training. Is there anything I should add to my program to become more flexible? Any info/tips would be appreciated.

Yeah, you should start stretching, heh. I generally do a dynamic warm-up at the beginning of my workout that lasts 5-10 minutes. It consists of a few movements for my lower body, and a few movements for my upper body, and some complexes and such thrown in for fun. I finish my workout by doing some static stretching for 20 minutes or so. I'm not gymnast, but I'm certainly not inhibited during any lift or daily activity by my flexibility.

Balancing out your training routine helps with this too.
