Free Training/Nutrition and Measurment Logs

These are excell logs that I made. These are made for my routine but they're very easy to edit to fit your needs.

Hey man, this is nice of you, but why not post them as attachments so we can see what they are first. Most will be apprehensive about DLing something they don't know.

ya true, but they are excel files and im not sure if they'd turn out right. I emailed them to myself once so I could print them at school (steeling the schools ink and paper haha) and I vied them as html and they came out horible. Everything was in the wrong row or colume. If you can help me figure out a way I'd be more then happy too.

If you're going to set up your own spreadsheets, why not adjust your training spreadsheet so you include some additional variables like time, rest period, and some general comments on how it was ?
