I was hoping to see deadlifts on the list.... Since it's not, either flat BB, or incline BB press.

I voted for dips, but flat DB flyes is definitely up there.

my vote was for flat bench press, but I think pec deck is better than db flyes, it has more resistance througout the ROM than the db flye, therefore activating more muscle fibers, therefore causing more hypertrophy, therefore getting more chicks

There must be a lot of young people on this poll. I'm seeing flat bench. Trust me on this, flat bench will end up playing havioc on your rotators as the years go by.

Flat bench is just an ego thing. I'll vote for decline bench at 15% as it's a safer chest exercise for all around mass building and preventing injuries.

I'm really surprised flat bench press got so many votes, too. Not because its not a decent movement but because IMO its not the best out there for to get your chest growing.

there are others that are better for your chest, but I just love Flat Bench Press, and its a great compund, and I wouldnt want to lose it
but if your just saying exercise best for chest only, pec-deck flyes IMO

I said bench press. I like the movement a lot, whether it is just the conditioning of the lifting community or not. Some of it has to do with my interest in powerlifting, but also the fact that I never used to do anything for my chest except the bench press and it has always been a well-proportioned body part for me.

15 degree Declines because they places less stress on the pec tendon.

For me it would be either the incline smith press or flat smith press to upper pecs.

Yeah, if your shoulders are flexible enough to handle this movement, it is just awesome! What a stretch!

He's saying you take the bar in the Smith-machine to your upper chest, bro. Not isolating the upper chest.
