Very informative and while i knew some of it other stuff was brand new like the bigger guy recovers faster but takes longer than the smaller guy. I think I'll read some more of your articles. Thanks

Yes a muscle group that contains more overall fibers will recover faster. That's what brought about the HARDGAINER ROUTINES. Unfortunately the advocates of the HARDGAINERS' CORNER forgot to take into consideration that a LAGGING BODY PART is not capable of generating as much intensity as a stronger body part, thus closing the GAP on the recovery factor.

oh another question on the bulk diet doesn't 40% of cals from protein seem excessive particularly if you are small like 140 but need like 3200 cals? I like the whole set1 6-10 set2 3-5 and set3 11-15 i plan on using it. Oh and the rest pause i will also use.

You could get by with 30% of cals from protein if your a natural trainer.
