slam strength

Whats the best way to to train to pickup and slam people in wrestling?

which needs to get stronger to do that action the back muscles or the arm muscles?

strengthen your whole posterior chain, thats the most powerful area of your body and where most of the force for such actions is developed. a strong core will make sure that that force is translated to your upper body.

you might also look into round back lifts (i started a thred on it a long time ago, search if you like) as it is doubtful that you will be able to keep an arch in your lower back during such actions.

just train all muscle.....practice picking up 50-100lb feed bags and slammin them down...just lift and become stronger

I'm definately not on expert on fighting/wrestling, but I would think deadlifts and cleans would help.
