The Pack
When trying to get any abs to show u should 1. do situps and cruches etc or 2. Cardio. Is it pointless to do crunches and such because its all about getting the fat away from the mid section. If this is the case what do you thinks is the estimated time for cardio a day to start shaving the bf%. I also heard training your abs every day is bad can anyone put a true or false to that

1. weighted ab work will build ab muscles;
2. cardio will help shed fat so you can see your ab muscles; 3. estimated time - depends on the level of intensity of the cardio and what you are eating how much cardio you need to do; 4. training anything everyday is useless because you cannot progress in something unless you allow yourself to rest and rebuild your muscles; and, as I previously forgot 5. DIET!!!!

EVERYONE has abs. Probably pretty good ones. You just cant see them. Crunches and other abdominal exercises build up core strength, which is important for general stability and support of the spine. But for visible abs, as fufu said, the biggest deciding factor is diet.
Cardio helps, but remember whats been said around here quite a lot: you cant spot-reduce fat on a single area of your body. Doesnt work like that.
