Well at home at the moment, I only have Dumbells, I don't have a bar. I was wondering if anyone knew anyway I could train my Latissimus with dumbells, or if they had any other methods?

Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%

You could always do pullups and chinups too.
Also try renegade rows, unilateral rows kneeling on a bench, and pullovers.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
