Is this a good routine?
Monday:chest,biceps
Benchpress: 3 sets 6 reps Incline bench press:2 sets 10 reps Decline bench press:2 sets 8 reps Barbell curls: 3 sets 6 reps EZ-barbell curls:1 set 20 reps Tuesday:Legs Squats: 3 sets 6 reps Stiff leg deads:2 sets 10 reps Wednesday ffThursday: Shoulders, Triceps Behind neck press:3 sets 6 reps Standing upright rows: 2 sets 10 reps Lying tricep press: 3 sets 6 reps Overhead tricep press: 2 sets 10 reps Friday:Back, Calves Dumbell rows: 1 set 20 reps Standing calf raises: 3 sets 6 reps Seated calf raises: 1 set 20 reps Saturday: off Sunday: off

You need more pulling movements. Do some pullups and more rowing. I would also do more for your legs.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

i cant do any pullups because i have nothing to do them on and can you recomend something for legs and more pulling movements?
