best muscle building exercise for each muscle
what is the best muscle building exercise for these muscles in your opinion
mines are:
Quads- Squats
Hams-Stiff leg deadlifts
Lats- Pullups
Biceps- Straight Barbell Curls
Chest-Bench Press
Triceps- CG(one fist space between hands) bench Press
Anterior Deltoid- Military Press
Lateral Deltoid- Upright Rows
I have all of these exercises in my routine and I think they are the best
This would be a great workout for a fbw in my opinion just do 2 sets for each
6 rep range
