Is there another name for the cuban press that i can find in exrx.net? If there isnt do u ppl know if it works the laterals?
I really need an answer today cuz im working my shoulders tomorow. |

the cuban press is an exercise that hits the rotators. here is a picture:

and working the rotators is working the shoulders (lateral and rear) right?

There was no stickling intended. Light hearted humor never hurt nobody.
Just dont read a thread if it dont mean nothing to you..this is a public forum and i didnt violate any rule by commenting on an old thread..i actually liked patrick's witty response, so i threw my 2 cents in maxpro2, you on the other hand, may have violated a rule with your language. I am sure that is not welcome at any reputable public fitness forum.
