Cardio with walking
Hey
I am pretty cut 9-8 % maintaining. (thats my normal). Decided to go a 6-7% for summer. I do follow a superset routine of 30-40 minutes in the gym. The days i follow a low carb diet ( 80-100 grams low for me) isnt it suggested that I should do a 35-40 min fast walking instead of running at high intensity? I can use the higher carb days for HIIT..... The reason I am asking is that I do not want cardio to interfere with my glycogen stores in muscle and blood inhibiting my weight routine. Thanks |
