Ab crunches when you have a stomach ache?
Hiya All!
Long time no post! Looks like I'm back in the gym - to beef up for the next dance competition. (We won the last one - we are UK Champions dudes! My next goal is to get stronger, so I can pick up my partner properly and do moves with her in the air etc....)I've got a question - hope you can help: There is a F*ck off stomach bug thing going on at the moment. Everyone in the area has a bad stomach... I've had mine for weeks! The Doctor just told me to grin and bear it - take Gaviston if it gets real bad - thanks Doc.... Life moves on tho. I want to get back into shape now. I talking press ups, Ab Crunches, stretching etc - for a week or so - then hitting the weights. Can I Ab Crunch with a stomach ache - for am I cruzing for a even badder stomach??? (I'm hoping a bit of tone-ing will tell my body to F*cking get over itself and heal quicker!) Hope you can advise Martin |

why bother doing the crunches if your stomach hurts? Do you think you will actually miss out on something by not doing them one time? Do you think you will miss out on something by not doing them ever?

An exercise that works the abdominals isnt likely to really effect your digestive/immune system. Do them if you want to, and if you cant stand to.
