Fact is, there are lots of dangerous exercises out there. To say flat out that deadlifts are bad for everyone is assanine(especially them basing that opinion of themselves).. and doing so makes that individual lose credability.

Back in my bodypart-a-day days. I did forearm exercises after my biceps workout. Barbell curls behind my back for the underside (cowpimp, help me out with the proper terminology) of the forearm, front curls for the topside of the forearm, dumbell wrist curls, reverse curls, cable wrist curls, etc.
Anyway, they looked fucking awesome. But it kinda took a long time. Now that Ive been using Versa grips, I have lost grip strength and some 'cutness' for the topside of my forearms. I now do pinch grips and try to do gorilla hangs. One I want to try is a pull up with a towel.

I do dumbbell wrist curls and reverse dumbbell wrist curls. They seem to work quite well.

dont know your strength but i would recommend the lower lb ones. I purchased the 250lb one and i struggle to make 1 connect. btw i do 125-150 connects with eastons wooden hand grips. So id start with like 100lb. i used to have a skinny forearm... now theres a defined rock |
