How about a one week lifting, one week cardio (REPEAT) split????
week a= training on Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat (NO CARDIO)
week b= cardio on Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat (NO LIFTING) repeat. Anyone think this will be a decent training technique?? Tons of time for muscle recovery etc.. Inputs please thanks

I don't see the point. At best you will merely maintain the level of cardiovascular conditioning and muscular size/strength that you currently posses.
