ok....i didnt go to school today (couldnt get me up) and well i have been taking SP250 around 4-5pm and it seems i cant get to sleep. i'm still full of energy around 2am from taking it. and its been effecting how i sleep and stuff..........i need a trainig solution...would training b4 going to school work? i would have to get up around 6am then take SP250 then wait 20min. the lift then be done by 7:30am then i would have to shower and get ready for school....i need a workout that i can do in the morning b4 school...i was thinking a fullbody or 2-2split ...or can i still do what i do now? a push/legs/pull?....but my question is will training in the morning instead of around 4-5pm hurt anything?(training wise)

he didnt ask if he shoudl stop taking it, he asked how he should split his training, he dont wana hear that bullshit just eat no supps

I don't know what SP250 is. Can you reduce the amount that you take?
As for early AM workouts, I've been doing them for the past 10+ years. The first couple of weeks might be tough, but once you get used to being up at that hour, you should have no trouble. You're still growing, so make sure that you get enough sleep. |
