on bis and tris day it wont matter what goes first, but if your doing a large muscle and a smaller muscle
such as chest and shoulders do chest first

Day 1: Back
Day 2: Bis/Tris
DAy 3: rest
Day 4: legs
Day 5: chest/shoulders

whether or not the split sucks, what I wanted to know is if you're training two body parts on one day, do you do all your lifts for one body part then do all your lifts for the next or do you alternate them?
I may drop that routine and go with a push/pull routine anyway. My workouts are taking too much time, but I still would like to know my original question.

with bis tris It doesnt matter, if it was say back bis you would work your back first because you need you bis to do back, therefore if you did your bis first your back workout would suck! ok?

Yeh, that makes sense. bis/tris are antagonist so one shouldn't be worn out from using the other, as long as you don't run out of energy before you get to the second muscle group. Thanks

hey i say go with ur weaker muscle, like me my tris dominate my arms, so IF i did have an bi/tri day, i start with bis first.
