on bis and tris day it wont matter what goes first, but if your doing a large muscle and a smaller muscle
such as chest and shoulders do chest first |

Day 1: Back
Day 2: Bis/Tris DAy 3: rest Day 4: legs Day 5: chest/shoulders whether or not the split sucks, what I wanted to know is if you're training two body parts on one day, do you do all your lifts for one body part then do all your lifts for the next or do you alternate them? I may drop that routine and go with a push/pull routine anyway. My workouts are taking too much time, but I still would like to know my original question. |

hey i say go with ur weaker muscle, like me my tris dominate my arms, so IF i did have an bi/tri day, i start with bis first.
