BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com If I am weight training calves primarily for increased jumping abillity what sort of rep range should i be working in?...i have heard opinions as deverse as 20-25 and 5-10

10-15 is the best range IMO
