I do squats and hanglceans and play alot of bball (jump), but Im sure doing calfs in additions isnt a complete waste of time? Anyone else have thoughts on the rep range I should be doing. Are calves just like any other muscle and I should be doing low reps for strength, or is the action of calves in jumping different from other muscles to warranat a different rep range?
