Get rid of those NIPS

Anyone recommend any excersise to get rid of the extended nipples (not the whole pec) it's just that bit that annoys me or is it more down to diet,my diet i think is pretty good at the moment trying to get protein carbs and fat in every meal every 2-3 hours

I am currently concentrating on bench press's and dumbell press as i want to use compound excersise's and not isolation

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Chris

I don't think there's much you can do besides building up your chest and lowering your body fat.

Besides maybe surgery.

Gyno, yes, and that requires surgery. However, I doubt you have it. You probably just have a few fatty deposits that'll go away once you train a bit more and alter your diet. I have the same thing.

It's about lowering your body fat percentage in that case. Lower your caloric intake a bit.
