Question lower back

i am confused how to do exercises for my lower back all exercise i use they told me its for the hips please i need to know how by pictures and i prefer by motion

Deadlifts................best damn back workout there is!!!!

i would also work in extensions, first with no weight and increase the resistence (weight) as with anything else

Amen Brother... I used to have lower back problems... so bad that when I would brush my teeth in the Morning see how white they are well I used to have to use my left arm to stabilize myself.. then I started deads about 2 years ago now.. and within 1 month.... it was like magic.. never a problem since.... but do heed the advice of STB.. start with low weight and use good form

Proper form is totally key with DLifts...make sure everything is in line and all these guys have said will come true for you. Hypers would help as well but nothing does as well as deadlifts.
