Tennis Elbow
Anybody ever get this? People tell me it's what I have and it's preventing me from lifting, how long does it take to heal?
Just a general soreness / strain around that area. |

I had it a while back and maybe still do. It used to bother me some while lifting a while ago. When it got bad I would wear this "pro-lite" elbow brace. I would pretty much avoid all throwing movements or anything that involves you making quick extensions of the elbow. Like I said before I didn't bother me that much from lifting because I was making relatively slow movements.
Like Foreman said it can takes months to get better. I haven't been able to to really throw anything or play tennis for too long with out it getting bad. I had taken 8 months off and only recently started playing again and it hasn't bothered me yet. |
