    Favorite Ab Exercise?

I'm just curious to hear what peoples favorite Ab exercises are!
Mine would have to be weighted crunches on a medicine ball.

    Whats your?

Aside from the big compound movements, I like dragon flags, hanging circumductions, hanging windshield wipers/tick tocks, and stability exercises like pushup walkouts, birddog planks, etc.

Leg raises just kill my abs the next day. After deadlifting it is hard to do any number of crunches.

christ on a cracker...wtf's up with all the names here...

dragonflys, windshield wipers, tick tocks, flying dung beetles?

I do only one workout for my abs and it's decline sit-ups, with my hands behind my head, and incorporate oblique twists into them.
Let me describe the perfect date: I take her out to a nice dinner. She looks amazing. Some guy tries to hit on her... now he wants to fight - so I grab him - I throw him into the jukebox! Then the other ninja’s got a knife, he comes at me, we grapple, I turn his knife on him. Blood on the dance floor. She’s scared now. I take her home. I’m holding her in my arms. I reach in for a kiss... I hear something in the leaves, I flip her around, she gets a poison arrow right in her back. She was in on it the whole time... but I knew...

Give some of those exercises a try and tell me they're not better (more result-producing/fun) than decline sit ups. I can't find the link to the place, but there's a web page with all sorts of unique exercises like those. Seriously try them, though, if you haven't already. I can't even do half of them.

Ok this is what i got from my searches...

Hanging Circumductions - Hang on the chinning bar with your legs slightly bent, and slowly move your legs ina clockwise or counter-clockwise motion

Dragon Flags - While lying on a bench, grasp attached uprights with both hands and raise yourself, supported only by your shoulders. Then, with your knees locked straight and your lower back raised off the bench, perform leg raises.

Hanging Windshield Wipers/tick tocks - Hang on a bar. Lift your toes to the bar. Then rotate your body back and forth so that your legs behave like windshield wipers. Your hips will rise a little as your toes go to the side and down.

Birddog Planks - Lie on stomach, point your right arm forward and raise your left leg behind you. Hold while breathing for about 15 seconds. Repeat on other side. Gradually increase time held in position.

Pushup Walkouts - Start by standing and bend down putting your hands on the floor and walk out with your hands until you can't, then do a push up then walk back with your hands, stand fully and stretch arms up high.

Standing wheel rollouts - To do full range ab rolls, start the exercise on your feet and roll the wheel as far out as you can.

Sex, sex and more sex - Stick penis in vagina. Thrust back and forth.

You are actually not on your stomach, but in pushup position with an opposing arm and leg off the ground.
